Lunch at Freemans

午餐和一位即將搬離紐約的好友吃飯，兩人同是美軍老婆，一起發洩最近的煩惱事！太多未知數，太多東西需要擔心，像是不確定該住哪、怕先生壓力大、不熟悉當地，食衣住行通通煩惱一遍！但我們也對下半年要住比紐約家大好多倍的房子感到興奮，也很期待新環境。雖然還不知道要住哪，我們已到家具店逛，開始幻想家裡的擺設。

Today I had a lunch date with a friend who will leave NYC soon. We are both military wives, and therefore share similar struggles. So many unknowns, so many things to worry about, don’t know where we will live next, worry that husband will be too stressed out, worry about transportation and food...etc. At the same time, we are excited about finally able to live in a real house and not just a box, excited for new changes. We strolled through furniture stores day dreaming about how to decorate our future houses!
